What's included in the subscription?
Everything you need to ride worry-free: the premium Riese & Müller e-bike, maintenance, insurance, roadside support and unlimited battery swaps. No chargers and no upfront payment: you pay monthly.
What's the difference between Solo and Duo?
The Solo is a lightweight Riese & Müller UBN Six city e-bike for a single rider. The Duo is ONE single Riese & Müller Carrie cargo bike, also for a single rider, able to carry 2 kids (cargo box with two child seats and belts) plus the shopping. The Duo is not two bikes.
Is the bike mine? Do I own it?
No. It's a subscription, not a purchase. The bike stays owned by Clover and you enjoy a ~€5,000 e-bike with everything included for one monthly fee. The shortest plan is 1 month.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
It's not a free trial: you pay your first month upfront when you subscribe and, if you feel it's not for you, we refund you in full. It applies to the personal plans (Solo and Duo).
What happens if the bike is stolen?
Insurance and theft cover are included in the subscription: we handle the replacement bike so you can keep riding. See the details in the Terms & Conditions.
